By booking a home visit or availing any tailoring service from DoorstepDarji, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure clarity in service delivery and customer expectations.

Service Scope

DoorstepDarji provides home-based tailoring services including measurement, stitching, alterations, and delivery within Vadodara. Customers are required to provide accurate garment requirements and fabric for custom stitching services.

Measurement Responsibility

Measurements are taken at the customer’s home by our trained tailors. Any design or fitting preference must be communicated clearly during the measurement visit. Changes requested after the stitching process has begun may involve additional cost or revised timelines.

Delivery Timeline

Stitching timelines depend on garment type, design complexity, and fabric condition. Expected delivery timelines are communicated during the booking or measurement stage. Customers are advised to book in advance for wedding or festive garments.

Alterations

Minor fitting adjustments requested after delivery will be handled without additional charge. Major design changes requested after stitching may not be accommodated or may involve additional cost.

Pricing

Stitching charges are discussed and confirmed before the work begins. Pricing depends on garment type, design complexity, lining requirement, and finishing details. Home visit measurement within Vadodara does not include additional travel charges.

Fabric Condition

Customers are responsible for providing fabric in suitable condition for stitching or alteration. DoorstepDarji is not liable for issues arising from fabric defects such as shrinkage, colour bleeding, or material damage during use.

Cancellation Policy

Home visit appointments may be rescheduled by informing our team in advance. Cancellation after measurement or once the stitching process has begun may not be eligible for refund.

Liability

DoorstepDarji shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances such as fabric unavailability, customer unresponsiveness, or external service disruptions.
