How does the service work?
You book an appointment by calling or WhatsApp-ing us. Our tailor visits your home, takes measurements, discusses your requirements, and delivers the finished garment to your door. You never need to visit a shop.
Is there an extra charge for the home visit?
No. The home visit is included in the service. There are no hidden travel charges or visit fees.
How long does stitching take?
Most garments are delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of measurement. For wedding outfits, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance. Urgent requests can often be accommodated.
Can I provide my own fabric?
Absolutely. Bring any fabric and we will stitch to your specifications. We can also help guide you on sourcing material if needed.
What if the garment needs adjustment?
If you try on the garment and need a minor tweak, we will fix it at no additional charge. Getting the fit right is our responsibility.
How experienced are your tailors?
All our tailors are trained professionals with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Our senior tailors have been stitching for 20+ years across all types of garments.
